Active for 20 years in local business management, graduate of HEC Geneva in E-Business and E-Communication, Master Coach EIC, I propose to free you from your organizational tasks so that you can concentrate on your business and your customers. My intervention is focused on 3 key areas for optimal management of your business:

ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION

Based on an analysis of your needs, I take charge of all or part of the management of your business, in collaboration with your trustee or external service providers and suppliers (infrastructure, technical). On a renewable mandate, my face-to-face or remote interventions are planned each month according to precise specifications defined with you, in line with your objectives.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

In collaboration with Local Search / Swisscom and other specialized partners, I optimize your traditional and digital communications to enable your company/company to perform in terms of web visibility and image/reputation. On a renewable mandate, my interventions are organized around a pre-determined and adjustable quota of hours.

LEGAL AND MEDIATION

As a first line of defence and on an ad hoc basis only, I can advise you on legal matters, with a preference for mediation. In the event of a dispute or disagreement with your customers, suppliers or authorities, I attempt to mediate an amicable approach, assessing the various risks involved. If this approach is unsuccessful, I pass the case on to your legal advisor.

MODE OF OPERATION

Determination of a monthly quota of hours required, on FirmConsultant and WebConsultant services. Signing of a detailed consultancy mandate for a minimum of 1 year, with a higher level of intervention in the first few months for the initial organizational set-up (smoothing of monthly costs over the year).

Recording of all my interventions in a detailed report sent by e-mail at the end of each month with the corresponding invoice.

Adjustment of the budget as required, according to the needs or volume of your company's business (increase, extension to other activities or decrease). Free travel expenses for interventions in the Lausanne area.
