Thanks to a wide network of operations and a constantly growing number of partners, both the area of operation and the areas of operation are constantly being expanded.

Swisshelp operates an emergency call center which, thanks to its partners, is able to receive and forward any type of emergency call. Based on the criteria entered, the fully automatic recording and communication tool recognizes which persons are to be deployed for the corresponding case and carries out all steps independently.
