If you have decided on our offer, the introduction follows: We install the software - including the transfer of existing data - and train your two key persons: the person(s) responsible for the project and a deputy.

At fidevision, a project manager is responsible for you. He or she bears the responsibility and is personally available to you at any time.

CLIENT SOLUTIONS

Abacus standard software also meets very specific, individual requirements - if it is used wisely. This is exactly the strength of fidevision: We optimize standard software to fully exploit its possibilities.

Don't worry: Even very individual solutions can be updated. New software versions take over the individual adjustments.

**MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT

Regular maintenance ensures that your system remains powerful and retains its value. With our Basic Contract you are on the safe side. If you want even more comfort, then our supplementary maintenance contracts are something for you:

Do you want to use Abacus, but don't want to worry about hardware and software? Software from the cloud, with hosting by fidevision, is the solution. Choose from two variants:

SaaS (Software as a Service) You use Abacus on a subscription basis, for a fixed monthly fee. Access is via the Internet. You do not have to install any software yourself, nor do you have to worry about maintenance and updates. As a hosting provider, fidevision always provides you with the latest version. Your data is safe, it is stored in a data center in Switzerland.

SaaS is especially suitable for small companies with one or two users who largely work with the standard software and do not need interfaces to other applications.

Software from the Cloud You purchase the licenses you need and use Abacus wherever and whenever you want. All you need to access it is a computer with an Internet connection. Instead of running on your premises, the software runs on an external server. So the requirements for your own hardware are modest. Your data is safe, it is stored in a data center in Switzerland. The external server is maintained by our partner OS Systems. As a licensee you have full control over your applications: You decide when you want to update.

This variant is suitable for more complex, customized solutions with interfaces to other applications and for companies with multiple users. Software from the cloud is expandable and scalable at any time.

Your advantages: You can use Abacus at any time and from anywhere you have Internet access, no matter how complex and extensive the solution you need. However, you do not need your own server infrastructure. And you decide about updates yourself.
