We are pleased that you visit us on our homepage. We are a small company specialized in the design, development, installation and maintenance of industrial software applications. As platform we mainly use PC's and Simotion controllers. For historical reasons we have a strong foothold with applications of the glass industry. Here over different HW platforms distributed systems with high data volume are our daily bread. But also for the analysis and simulation of handling and logistic systems we are at our customers' disposal with our self-developed tools. And quasi as a hobby and mental challenge we help our customers to keep their control and software systems running, which have been "abandoned" by their creators.

Software Development

• Cutting optimization for flat glass maximizes yield in the production of automotive, mirror and window glass as well as ceramic cooktops or display glass based on point defects and thickness data
• Post-optimization maximizes yield in the production of ceramic cooktops from large stock formats
• Flatness measurement determines good/bad in the production of ceramic cooktops based on thickness and distance measurements
• VisionApp ensures that presses in the automotive sector are loaded with sheets up to 4x2m with millimeter precision in 4-second cycles
• SMD Optimization optimizes manual work times such as changeovers on SMD pick-and-place machines
• ByFlow takes over the tracking of individual slices in the production of insulating units from the warehouse of the large formats to the production of the ISO unit
• Cutting control precise cutting of glass wafers from continuous glass ribbon
• C650 printing machine for high-precision printing of substrates by gravure, flexo or screen printing for research and development
• Warehouse control system for managing the warehouse, controlling the warehouse crane and an interface to SAP
• Pickling control system for monitoring and logging of pickling processes

Due to the triple connection with different network providers and network media (fiber, coax, copper) to the Internet, external Internet interruptions of a provider can be bridged well.

We offer the following support services for our customers:

• Maintenance of server systems

• Monitoring and maintenance of servers and networks

**ICT Engineering

For our customers we offer the following engineering and consulting services:

• Consulting, planning and implementation for WLAN and networks, based on deployment requirements (e.g. Seamless WLAN)
• Consulting, planning and implementation for server replacements and server virtualizations
• Consulting for system changes (PC replacement)

**Hardware development

• Machine keyboard with USB connection to IdustriePC as replacement for ISA solution
• Encoder replication from proprietary feed signals
• Encoder evaluation and display for commissioning purposes
• Control cabinet planning for printing machine with up to 8 stations, each with up to 3 axes, 3 actuators and various inputs and outputs

**Control development

For our customers we develop controls for high precision printing machines, cutting controls for float systems based on SIMOTION controls.

• C650 printing machine for high-precision printing of substrates by gravure, flexo or screen printing for research and development

In addition, in connection with plant expansions or further developments of the higher-level control system, we adapt the plant control systems of a wide range of PLC manufacturers and commission these modifications on site worldwide.
